Using the marketplace
Rec-Finder provides a venue for buyers and sellers of recreational vehicles and vessels. We are not a party to any transaction, do not take possession of listed items, and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings created by users or dealerships.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our policies.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Post fraudulent, stolen, misrepresented or illegal items
- Scrape, resell or republish marketplace data without written permission
- Circumvent messaging to solicit users for unrelated commercial purposes

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rec-Finder is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from transactions between users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
