Subscriptions and billing
Dealer plans bill monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; inventory above the plan limit may be paused when a plan ends.
Inventory accuracy
Dealers must keep inventory, pricing and availability current, mark sold units promptly, and ensure that advertised prices exclude undisclosed mandatory fees. Repeated inaccuracy may result in loss of verified status.
Seats and storefronts
Seats are individual to each employee and may not be shared. Storefront content, logos and imagery must be owned or licensed by the dealership.
